Anyone remember the Mesa Theater that used to be near triangle square? One of the coolest old theaters in OC. Tons of history. Surf films, bands, it was awesome. They tore it down and built a Borders. Today I drove by and now the Borders is going out of business. What a waste of a perfectly good piece of Orange County history.
